Receiving inspection

inspection of metal chemical analysis (SpectromaxxF), inspection of casting temperature, gas unsoundness inspection, tool inspection, inspection of moulding and core sand (compression strength, ramming, moisture content, venting property).

Intermediary inspection

Inspection of first castings by executive employees. 

Output inspection

Inspection of mechanical values of the metal (strength, elongation, yield point), inspection of casting against the drawing and customer's requirements.
