Finishing operations

Finishing
required finish of castings – blasting, rehash, sawing, grinding, milling, lathe-turning, drilling and chasing – made right in our premises by our employees or by way of cooperation with partner companies. 

Sawing
removal of gating systems using band saw. 

Grinding
removal of spews, marks in the joint face and marks after gating systems using belt sanders, surface finish using vibrating sanders. 

Machining
drilling, chasing, lathe-turning and milling. 

Blasting
surface finish of all Al castings using blasting equipment.

Heat processing
enables changing mechanical properties of castings, such as strength, elongation, yield point and hardness. Available are two furnaces for heat processing - LAC 1000 and VKNC2000/65.
